OTT (over the top!) was the acronym we use to describe receptions that are truly magical. This was one of those nights. I was lucky to have two in a row back to back nights friday and saturday, but alot of that luck is also letting the couple, family, and bridal party that the success of the reception is largely dependent on how "into it" they get. If the bridal party is ready to party, the guests will follow and have a great time. Tim and Sherri and their bridal party were great! Over 200 guests in attendence with a full plated sit down dinner. Things got a bit behind with a bustle issue and getting dinner served, but we were able to bring everything back on track later in the evening, and we played overtime on this one. This is a dream venue for a reception, and we were able to bring a full 6400 watt biamped sound system plus lighting (this requires 3 separate 20 amp circuits). The hotel was able to meet that requirement so we brought the BOOM BOOM. Congratulations to Tim and Sherri! Have fun in Hawaii!
